a) Matriculation or equivalent (as per ICC equivalence certificate) securing minimum of 60% marks b) F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent (as per BCC equivalence certificate) securing minimum of 60% marks 4) Candidates having Punjab Domicile Certificate can apply for open merit seats.
b) 416 Seats are reserved for Foreign Students. These will be fully paid seats. Fee will be determined by the University Punjab domiciled candidates can also apply against these fully paid seats (Self Finance) but they will be considered if no application or short applications by foreign students against this category.
c) 5 Seats are reserved for AJK, GB other Provinces and Islamabad
How to Apply for Children Hospital Lahore Admission?
Candidates can apply online for the admissions in the Children’s Hospital Lahore. All the guide lines is given below
- Online Admission portal is available on both websites www.acht.edu.pk and https://chich.edu.pk/admissions from 07-11-2004 Admission processing fee is Rs. 1000/- for one degree program. Applicant can apply for more than one degree-programs on a single admission form with a payment of additional Rs. 500 processing fee for each additional degree program In case of applying in more than one degree programs, the preferences should be given carefully. Once the online form is submitted the preferences will not be changed.
- Fill the particulars of Admission form carefully. Do not apply if the eligibility criterion is not fulfilled. In case of any mistake or misinformation, the responsibility shall lie on the candidate.
- After filling online form, admission processing fee challan will be generated automatically. Get a printout of this challan and deposit in any branch of Bank of Punjab. Upload paid copy of challan and submit admission for

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR OPEN MERIT SEATS
Children Hospital Lahore Admission criteria is as follows
a) The applicant must have passed Matriculation or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks.
b) The candidate should have completed F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks.
c) Only individuals with Punjab domicile are eligible to apply for AHS Programs on open merit seats.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
Pakistani nationals, who have completed and passed the HSSC 12th-grade (Pre-Medical) examination or its equivalent outside Pakistan must submit an equivalence certificate for FSC (Pre-Medical) issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Pakistan to be eligible for Children Hospital Lahore Admission to these programs.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF RESERVED SEATS FOR AJKG.B AND OTHER PROVINCES OF PAKISTAN
a) Matriculation or equivalent securing a minimum of 60% marks.
b) F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent securing a minimum of 60% marks.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FORDISABLED QUOTA
The candidates must have fulfilled the basic criteria for Children Hospital Lahore Admission against Disabled Quota. The candidate shall have to attach certificate from a government certified specialist about the nature of his/her disability. Such certificate will only make him/her eligible to apply against the Disabled Quota.
A medical board constituted by the Vice Chancellor shall make final decision about the eligibility of the candidate for admission against the reserved seat and his/her discipline, as per government policy.
MERIT FORMULA
The merit formula for Children Hospital Lahore Admission session 2024 for all seats is as under

2. HAFIZ-E-QURAN MARKS 10% weightage
The marks for Hifz-e-Quran shall not be granted for Children Hospital Lahore Admission at University of Child Health Sciences Lahore in the light of PM&DC Medical and Dental Undergraduate Education (Admissions, Curriculum and Conduct) Policy and Regulations 2023 and the decision of six membered Bench vide Order dated 04.04.2023 in Suo-Moto case.
MODE OF APPLICATIONS for Children Hospital Lahore Admission
The University of Child Health Sciences will receive applications for admissions through its online portal. Applicants can apply for all courses by indicating their admission preferences. The admission processing fee will be Rs. 1000/- for one course. However, those wishing to apply for more than one course will need to pay an additional Rs. 500/- for each additional course. The admission processing fee challan will be automatically generated on the admission portal. Applicants will have the option to amend their application or change their admission preferences until the final submission. Once the admission form is submitted by the students through the admission portal, it will not be editable. However, the admission officer can make necessary changes after receiving a written application from applicants with the approval of the competent authority last date of until the submission.
ADMISSIONS
The selected Candidates shall deposit college fee in any branch of Bank of Punjab Pakistan after Children Hospital Lahore Admission. In case of failure to deposit the prescribed admission fee within stipulated time period, such candidates shall have no vested right of admission in that year.
Only those candidates shall be considered as admitted candidates who will join the program by depositing the prescribed fee and other dues by due date.

UPGRADATION OF ADMISSIONS
The selected students / those who have paid their fee will be upgraded as per their admission preferences according to merit. However, if any students want to fix his/her admission at any stage, he/she will have to submit affidavit before the last date of fee submission of the same merit list. The students will never be downgraded of their preferences.
SAME MARKS IN FSC
During the preparation of merit list if two or more candidates have same marks of merit formula then senior in age will be preferred and if age is same then marks of sciences subjects of F.Sc will be considered for Children Hospital Lahore Admission.
MERIT LISTS
The sequential merit lists will be posted on the institution’s website. Selected candidates from any merit list will be given a minimum of three working days to submit their annual dues. If, after three merit lists, there are still vacant seats, interviews will be conducted to form final merit lists for admissions based on merit.
INTERVIEWS
If there are still vacant seats after the three merit lists, then applicants will be called for interview against the vacant seats. There are no marks of interview, and the applicants will be given admission as per merit. The interviews will be conducted by the committee, constituted/headed by the Principal SAHS. The selected candidates in interview will be asked to submit the dues on the same date to confirm his/her admission. However, the Principal can extend the last date of dues submission of dues or can allow installments (maximum two) for the submission of dues. Any candidate who is absent in any interview for admission, will not be considered or called for any vacant seat in future. The decision of the admission committee will be final.
LATE ADMISSION/UPGRADATION
If any student left or any seat is vacant, it will be filled from the waiting candidates as per merit within 3 months after the commencement of classes. Applicant will be informed through his/her admission portal account, telephonically and email for late admission. He will be given two days to confirm admission by depositing the dues and join classes. If any applicant does not reply to the admission offer, next waiting candidate will be offered admission.
FEE REFUND POLICY
1. The admission fee for a student, once granted Children Hospital Lahore Admission, shall not be refunded.
2. The full fee (except the admission fee) shall be refundable if a student leaves the college prior to the commencement of classes.
1. Fee (50%) shall be refunded if the student leaves the college within 3 months of the commencement of classes.
2. No fee shall be refunded if a student leaves the college 3 months after the commencement of classes.
TERMINATION/CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
A student of any class once terminated or Children Hospital Lahore Admission cancelled at any stage due to any reason, will not be re-admitted.
SCHOLARSHIPS/FEE CONCESSIONS
Total 10% students will be granted scholarships and fee concessions on merit based and need base as per policy of HEC.
NEED BASED SCHOLARSHIPS
ELIGIBILITY
Following are the eligibility criteria for Need Based Scholarships for Children Hospital Lahore Admission:-
1. Students who are enrolled in any Allied Health Sciences Discipline at University of Child Health Sciences Lahore
2. The declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Pakistani Rupees 60,000/-. However, relaxation may be given in special circumstances on an individual basis. The income criteria will not be shared with the students at any stage of the scrutiny/selection process.
3. Students who have secured admission in self-support/self-finance programs are not eligible. 4. Students already availing any other need-based scholarships/financial assistance/grant are not eligible.
NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS
Number of scholarships for new admissions and promoted students will be determined by the Scholarship Committee UCHS Lahore
TENURE
The Need-Based Scholarship, once awarded, will be paid until the final year examination, subject to satisfactory academic performance. Students will need to provide result cards for each semester on a yearly basis.
TERMINATION OF SCHOLARSHIP
The Need Based Scholarship will be terminated / di scontinued in following circumstances:-
1. If a student is detained due to failure in examination his/her scholarship will be discontinued.
2. The payment of scholarship shall be discontinued in case of any disciplinary proceeding against the recipient.
AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP
Amount of Scholarship will be determined by the Scholarship Committee.

TENURE
Merit Based Scholarship once awarded shall be paid till the final semester examination with the condition that they retain more than 90% marks or 3.5 GPA points in their semester examinations.
TERMINATION OF SCHOLARSHIP
The Merit Based Scholarship will be terminated / discontinued in following circumstances:-
1. If the student is detained due to failure in examination his/her scholarship will be discontinued.
2. The payment of scholarship shall be discontinued in case of any disciplinary proceeding against the recipient.
3. If secured less than 3.5 GPA points in any semester examination.
