Eligibility Criteria
There is following eligibility criteria to Join Pakistan Navy as PN Cadet 2024
Male Citizens of Pakistan
■ Age on 30 May 2025
■ Height 5′-4″(Minimum)
Educational Qualification
The candidates must have passed both Matric and F.Sc or O/A Level with at least 60% marks with any of the following subjects:
- PHYSICS, MATHS & CHEMISTRY
- PHYSICS, MATHS & COMPUTER SCIENCE
- PHYSICS, MATHS & STATISTICS
More requirements for Join Pakistan Navy as PN Cadet 2024 are as following
- Candidates of O/A Level are required to submit IBCC equivalence certificate.
- F.Sc Part-II appearing candidates with at least 65% marks in Part-I can also apply, and are required to provide a hope certificate from the head of respective college/institute.
- If a candidate fails to attain 60% marks after providing hope certificate, he will be disqualified at any stage of selection process/discharged during training.
- Pre-medical students may also apply, provided they qualify additional mathematics in their F.Sc or A Level studies.
- Completion of F.Sc/HSSC equivalent examination before 30th May, 2025 is mandatory.

What is the age limit for applying in Pakistan Navy Cadet Term?
The age limit is between 16 1/2 years to 21 years for civilian and 17 years to 23 years for Service Candidates, which is subject to change.
Can I apply on Hope Certificate before the result of 2nd year?
Yes, you can apply on Hope Certificate before the announcement of your 2nd year result with at least 65% marks in PART-I.
Are female candidates eligible to apply in PNCT?
No, only male candidates are eligible for PNCT.
What is duration of training for selected candidates?
The duration of training for selected candidate is two years.
How often advertisement of PNCT comes in a year?
Twice a year.
Is there any test fee for PNCT?
Yes. Rupees 300 only, which is subject to change.
How long does the selection process take?
Complete process from registration till joining Naval Academy may take 6-7 months.
Can a candidate apply for PNCT with F.Sc (Pre-Medical)?
Yes. If the candidate has also passed Add-Math paper.
How many times can I appear as PNCT?
A candidate can appear in PNCT entrance test up to maximum age limit only if he is not twice rejected by ISSB.

Yes, you can forward your case to PN to be considered in Final Merit List subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
