• Applications are invited for the post of Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking a well rounded engineer, with excellent administrative and managerial skills for the position of Chief Executive Officer of an engineering organization.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background with experience in managing projects, supervising dye & mould designing and manufacturing, managing professionals, liaison with Chairman & strong communication skills to establish linkages with industry, ability to provide leadership, strategic direction and vision to the organization.
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in engineering industry, with at least 10 years at senior management position.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• A Master’s degree in relevant business field such as Business Administration, Management, Economics or Finance.
• The appointment will be in accordance with the requirements of The State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
• Applicant’s age should not exceed 60 year on the date of the application.
• Government servants may apply through proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA is allowed for test/interview.
