Criteria for Hiring

Eligibility shall be based on but not limited to criterion mentioned below:

1) Graduate from a recognized HEC University.

2) Knowledge of basic financial concepts, basic banking principles, practices and procedures, banking operations, regulations, and risk management.

3) 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years of branch banking.

4) Efficient interpersonal, communications, and people management skills.
