Special Instructions

Instruction for Date Sheet Matric First Annual 2025 are given below

  • In case of roll number slip missed the amount of Rs. 150, after submitting it, get your identity slip from the concerned branch.
  •  If the candidate does not participate in the practical examination due to any misunderstanding, then the entire responsibility will be on the candidate.
  • The candidate will be given a reasonable amount of Rs. 2000 in the account of the Board in the case of practical examination missing, and after submitting it in the account of the Board, he will be allowed to take the practical examination in the same laboratory. Provided that the practical examination is being conducted in the laboratory.
  • Candidates to whom the roll number slip has been sent conditionally should be informed that during the examination or after that, if any such defect is found in the examination, as per the rules of the Board, due to which they are not eligible to take the examination, their result will be cancelled.
  • White fluid or white marking should not be used in the answer copy.
  • Any candidate found guilty of any act of misconduct or any kind of disturbance in or around the examination centre, including forming a crowd, walking out of the examination centre or inciting a walkout, will be severely punished as per the rules of the Board.
  • Candidates are advised not to carry mobile phones in the examination centers. Action will be taken against the candidates found guilty of such act as per the law.

  • The examination will be held in two groups. The examination of the first group will be held in the morning and the examination of the second group in the evening. In all other subjects, all candidates will appear simultaneously as per the examination date sheet.
  • Each candidate The date sheet of the group and related subjects will be entered on his roll number slip. No candidate will be allowed to change the examination center group under any circumstances.
  •  Non-Muslim candidates who are taking the examination of Ethics instead of Islamiat (Compulsory), will take the examination of this subject on the date and time specified in the date sheet.
  • The announcement of any holiday during the examination will not affect the date sheet at all and the examination will be held as per the date or dates mentioned in the date sheet.
  • At the beginning of the paper, the invigilator will inform the candidates about the scheduled time of the examination paper.
  •  It is mandatory for the candidate to bring his roll number slip to the examination room daily, otherwise he will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
  • The candidate should not only ensure that the dates, times and groups of the theory and practical subjects mentioned in his schedule are correct. Rather, they should also compare all of them with the date sheet available at the center so that in case of any delay, the candidate does not face any problem. If a candidate leaves the examination room in protest for any reason, then in no case will he be re-examined in even one subject.
  • It is prohibited to bring mobile phones within the limits of the examination center (100 m).
  • The specified time has been recorded on the objective and composition papers. According to which the paper will end. Taking the exam in place of another candidate (Impersonation) is a punishable offense under the Criminal Practice Act.

Timing Matric First Annual 2025

Morning paper candidates will reach the examination center at 8:30 am while the water will start at 9:00 am. Evening paper (except Fridays) Candidates will reach the examination center at 1:30 pm while the water will start at 2:00 pm. Evening paper: (Fridays only) Candidates will reach the examination center at 2:00 pm while the water will start at 2:30 pm.
