• Head Marketing Strategy and Branding

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
• Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals.
• Work closely with the Marketing Services team to oversee the proper execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns. Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Take charge of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.
• Drive the creation of diverse content types, including internal and external messages, articles, videos, info graphics, and social media content, to support brand initiatives and engage target audiences effectively.
• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for Bank of Punjab jobs 2024 are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
