 Business Growth:

Achieve targets for deposits, advances, trade & cross-selling with a strong focus on Current Accounts (CA) & New-to-Bank (NTB) customers

Governance & Control:

Ensure seamless branch operations while complying with SBP regulations & bank policies

Customer Experience:

Maintain high service standards, promptly resolve complaints & enhance customer satisfaction

Team Leadership:

Train, motivate, and manage branch staff to enhance performance and productivity

Location:

Multiple locations across Pakistan
